ABOUT ME
Besides Japan, I have a hard time staying still; I often explore new passions and rarely get bored. I fill my days with work and language learning, reading, yoga, and spending a lot of time in nature.
I also play video games and occasionally I go hiking and take the opportunity to observe the stars and read books by Hubert Reeves.

A little bit more...
Does Japan seem far away and daunting? That's understandable; its culture is so rich and complex for those unfamiliar with it! But nothing is impossible. Let's discover Japan your way. I suggest we begin this journey together by reading this introduction. And why not continue the adventure once we're there, creating itineraries together?
What interested me most about Japan was Japanese sociology. I truly loved my Japanese classes, but not all the subjects suited me, so I chose to pursue my studies in tourism while continuing to learn Japanese on the side. I never imagined that so many people from all over the world shared my passion for Japan. In recent years, tourism and the appeal of this fascinating country have only grown, and the country is facing problems of overtourism. So, after traveling around, noting places on maps, and exploring Japan from one end to the other, the idea came to me to share this knowledge, to present Japan from a different perspective, to allow people to see places less known to the public, to get off the beaten track, and to discover a Japan different from the one sold on most websites.
I started noting down restaurants, cultural sites, everything I could try and enjoy that wasn't overcrowded with tourists. I have nothing against tourism in Japan, which is actually very beneficial for the country. Everyone is free to organize their trip as they wish, but you should know that there are alternatives that can allow you to approach your trip more peacefully, with quieter, less-traveled itineraries, more nature, and fewer crowds. So, with Jade Voyage, I'd like to introduce you to other ways to travel, and above all, the way you choose.
Sensitive to environmental issues, I am interested in more responsible ways of traveling that take into account both the local population and the environment. With this in mind, and in order to limit overtourism in Japan, I would like to offer alternative and more sustainable itineraries tailored to your preferences, itineraries that do not exploit people, mistreat animals, or harm nature.
I am aware that the airplane represents a major environmental challenge and I am thinking about how to limit or even avoid this impact; this will be done gradually with alternative options that are currently being considered.
